Preston Karate - Sensei visits Alsager Shotokan Karate Club

Sensei Albert Timothy visited Alsager Shotokan Karate Club on Friday July 30th 2010. He caught up with Karateka colleagues, Sensei George Cheshire, Sensei Alan Stanley and Sensei Mark Watts, old faces he knows from the BSKI, his old association. The training involved was the monthly Kata Bunkai. This month's session was Enpi Kata taken by Sensei Anthony Marks. The session involved Ju Jitsu and Tai Chi "pushing hands" techniques.
